Months and months away from this blog. It's never easy to admit you failed in something. I've been a loser when it comes to dieting. Food is my addiction and I'm not sure if I will ever overcome that problem.
I didn't gain much weigh lately, but mainly because I've been trying to watch what I eat and go, every now and then, to the gym.
I think about 2 weeks I go I realized I'm only 4 months away from going back home. I've been here for over 20 months now, but I still remember quite well what's like to be at home. Long hours of hard work, crazy schedule, not "me" time at all. I need to take advantage of what I have it here. 7 hours a day to workout and take care of my body.
We all know that unless you cook for yourself, you will never eat right. Let other people buy what you eat is something stupid. We need to cook our own food and watch the calories. There's no secret in all that crap. So if we all know the secret, why can't we just put all we know into practice?
Anyway, I won't go back to Brazil fat or even chubby. So I made up my mind and I'm losing as much weight as I can. Now I have a new plan... HERBALIFE! HAHA
I know, i know... It sounds funny. And it is. But this whole "eat all the time in little portions" is BS to me. I can't eat a little, I'm an addict, I need food to feel better!
This whole Herbalife thing sounds good now. 2 shakes a day, replacing 2 meals. That's it. I ordered mine over the internet and 4 days later it was here. I haven't started yet, since I'm waiting for 2 friends to start with me. Putting people to do this kind of challenge is fun. We always help each other and laugh at each other too.
So of course we're doing all those before and after pictures and videos, that's the fun!
I got at Walmart those Weigh Loss Shakes for this week, since I won't start my herbalife thing until Saturday. I haven't notice much, but let's see by the end of the week. I've been going to the gym for 2 weeks now and I'm feeling good about it.
I will probably change the name of this blog, since Live to Eat is not gonna happen, at least not until I go back to Brazil in September.
Currently my measures are:
Weight: 190 lb
Neck: 16 1/2 "
R arm: 13"
L arm: 14"
Chest: 41"
Waist: 39"
Total: 123 1/2"
My goal is 150-160 pounds in 4 months.
I also uploaded a video on youtube, but i won't publish here till the end of the second or third week. I need to see some result first.
