It's been 8 days since I officially started Herbalife's Formula 1 shake.
I actually lost around 6 pounds in the past 10 days, which is not bad at all. It's not been as hard as I thought it would be and at the same time I've had a hard time with the snacks and stuff. It's really hard to control myself sometimes, because I was so used to eat junky all the time, that now I actually feel hungry even when I'm not.
I been having Subway most days, but honestly I might stop this week. Not just I'm spending money I dont really need to , but there's a lot of calories in the one I like, which is the Italian BMT. I tried to change into the turkey and veggie delight, but honestly... they don't fill me up the same way the italian does. I will have to try to figure it out what to do, but it won't be a problem. I've been having cheese sticks and cereal bars for snacks when I feel I really need to eat something.
My current measurements are:
Weight: 184.1 lb
Waist: 38"
Chest: 39"
arms: same
I have been working out everyday, lifting weights and everything. I think I didn't lose as much because I'm replacing fat for muscles. I'm still very happy with my 6 pounds. I feel so much lighter, it's ridiculous. My clothes fit better and i feel great!
